1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Infographic Multiplier at bulkinfographics.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Infographic Multiplier is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate multiple infographic design variations from a single topic or reference image. The Service includes topic generation, AI-powered image creation, and bulk download features.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account.

4. Plans and Pricing

Free Plan

  • 1 AI-generated image per month
  • 1 topic generation per month
  • All image sizes available
  • Images retained for 7 days

Pro Plan — $19.99/month

  • 100 AI-generated images per month
  • 100 topic generations per month
  • Up to 10 variations per batch
  • All image sizes available
  • Images retained for 30 days

Credit Packs — $2.99 for 10 credits

  • One-time purchase, no subscription required
  • 1 credit = 1 AI-generated image
  • Credits never expire
  • Credits are used only when your monthly quota is exhausted
  • Credits unlock pro-level variation counts (up to 10 per batch)

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until the next renewal.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content

All infographics you generate using the Service are yours. You retain full ownership and can use them for any purpose — personal, commercial, client work, social media, print, presentations, or any other use. There are no usage restrictions on generated content.

Our Service

The Service itself, including the website, software, templates, AI models, and design system, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.
  • Credit pack purchases are one-time charges. Credits are added immediately and do not expire.

7. Refund Policy

Since each AI-generated image has a real computational cost, we handle refunds as follows:

  • Unused subscription: If you haven't generated any images in the current billing period, we will issue a full refund upon request.
  • Used subscription: Once images have been generated in the current period, we do not offer refunds for that period. You can cancel to prevent future charges.
  • Credit packs: Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used credit packs are not refundable.
  • Technical issues: If persistent technical issues prevent you from using the Service, email support@bulkinfographics.com and we'll make it right.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our written permission
  • Resell access to the Service or its AI generation capabilities to third parties
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The infographics generated by this Service are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated text or data.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Infographic Multiplier and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
